Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please notify us within 24 hours so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds, when applicable, are issued solely at management’s discretion. 

Las tarifas de servicio no son reembolsables. Si no está satisfecho con su corte de cabello o servicio de barbería, notifíquenos dentro de las 24 horas para que podamos intentar resolver el problema. Los reembolsos, cuando corresponda, se emiten únicamente a discreción de la gerencia.
